W. Thomas Sullins was a judge for the Seventh District Court of Natrona County, Wyoming. Sullins was appointed in October 1995 and retained in 1996, 2002, 2008 and 2014.[1]  He retired January 7, 2019.[2]

Sullins was retained to the Seventh District Court with 81.7 percent of the vote on November 4, 2014. [3] 

Education

Sullins received both his undergraduate degree and J.D. from the University of Wyoming, the latter in 1974.[4][5]
