M. Brooke Murdock was a judge on the Eighth Circuit Court for Baltimore City in Maryland. She served as a judge on the court from October 3, 1997, until she officially retired on January 1, 2014.[1][2]

Education

Murdock received her undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware in 1972. She was awarded a J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1977.[1]
