Kenneth J. Fishman was an associate justice for the Massachusetts Superior Courts.[1] He served from 2002 to 2020. He was nominated to the court by former Governor Jane Swift in 2002.[2] He retired from the court on November 12, 2020, when he reached the mandatory retirement age of 70.[3]

Education

Fishman received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. from the Suffolk University.[4]
