Frank D. Willis
Frank D. Willis was the judge for the Van Buren County Probate Court in Van Buren County, Michigan.[1] He retired from the court on January 2, 2015.[2]
Education
Willis received his undergraduate degree from Western Michigan University and his J.D. from the University of Florida.[3]

Willis was re-elected to the Van Buren County Probate Court after running unopposed in 2012.[4][5]
