Jeffrey W. Parker
Jeffrey W. Parker was a circuit court judge for the 20th Judicial Circuit in Virginia.[1] He served as a judge on the court from 2001 to 2019.[2] He retired on October 31, 2019.[3]
Education
Parker received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan in 1974 and his J.D. from the Washington and Lee University School of Law in 1977.[2][4]
Career
Before he became a judge, Parker was the managing partner at the firm of Niles, Dulaney, Parker and Lauer from 1986 to 2001.[2]
