J. Terrence Cody

J. Terrence Cody was a circuit court judge for Floyd County, Indiana.[1] He was re-elected in 2010 to a six-year term. Cody won re-election in the general election on November 8, 2016.
Education
Cody earned a bachelor's degree from Xavier University in Cincinnati, going on to receive his J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 1974.[2]
Career
After law school, he practiced law with his father, John A. Cody, Jr., until his election to the Floyd Circuit Court in November of 1998. He was re-elected without opposition in 2004 and 2010.[2]

Cody was re-elected to the 53rd Circuit Court of Floyd County of the Indiana Circuit Courts in 2010. He received 3,785 of the votes.[4]
