Judicial performance survey

In advance of the 2014 election, the North Carolina Bar Association surveyed attorneys on the performance of judges whose terms were expiring. The North Carolina Bar Association is a voluntary and non-governmental organization of lawyers, paralegals and law students, not affiliated with the North Carolina State Bar. Evan's score of 3.19 was the second lowest of 120 judges evaluated.[5][6]
