Daniel Conviser is a judge on the New York Court of Claims. He was appointed to the court by Governor Andrew Cuomo (D) in 2007. He is also an acting justice for the New York County Supreme Court, Criminal Term in the 1st Judicial District of New York.[1][2]

Education

Conviser received his B.A. from Queens College in 1986 and his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 1990.[1]
