Duncan ran unsuccessfully for the 9th District Court. He was defeated by Bob Olson and Mary Ann Dellwo Ries in the June 5th primary election.[2]

Education
Duncan earned his bachelor's degree in Earth Science from Montana State University and his Master’s degree in Geology from Washington State University. He later earned his J.D. from the University of Puget Sound in 1987.[1]
