Jeremiah Zook is a judge on the Franklin-Fulton County Court of Common Pleas in Franklin and Fulton counties in Pennsylvania. He won the election on November 5, 2013 for a term ending in 2023.[1]
2013 election
Zook ran for election to the Franklin-Fulton County Court of Common Pleas.
Primary: He received 51.1 percent of the vote in the Republican primary on May 21, 2013. He also cross-filed as a Democrat, but lost that primary with 35.9% of the vote.
General: He defeated Jeffrey S. Evans in the general election on November 5, 2013, receiving 68.1 percent of the vote.
Education
Zook earned his B.A. in English from Eastern Mennonite University in 1997 and his J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law in 2000.[4]
Career
Zook served as an assistant public defender for the Franklin County Public Defender’s Office.[4]
