Education
Morgan received his B.S. from Union College in 1987 and his J.D. from Albany Law School in 1990.[4]
Career
Morgan has been the chief clerk for the Rensselaer County Surrogate's Court since 1996. He has worked as an adjunct professor at Albany Law School and the University at Albany. He has also worked as associate counsel for the New York State Senate and spent a short time in 2012 as the acting chief clerk for the Albany County Surrogate's Court.[4][5]
