Matthew J. Fitton is a judge for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court in Illinois. He was appointed to the position by the Illinois Supreme Court effective on June 27, 2014.[1] He was elected to the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court in 2014 for a term that expired on December 6, 2020.[2]

Primary: He was successful in the Republican primary on March 18, 2014, receiving 54.7 percent of the vote. He competed against Ellen M. Lee.
General: He was unopposed in the general election on November 4, 2014. [2][3][4]

The Illinois State Bar Association and participating attorneys did not have a sufficient number of responses to rate Matthew J. Fitton in a 2014 poll.[5]
