Theodore J. Mikulak was a judge for the Wayne County Magisterial District in Pennsylvania.[1] He joined the court in 2010.[2] He ran for re-election in 2015, but was defeated by Linus Myers in the Democratic and Republican primaries. He stepped down when his term ended on January 4, 2016.[3]
