Lewis Jones
Lewis Jones was a 2014 candidate for the 3rd Judicial District in Louisiana.[1] He was defeated by Tommy Rogers in the 2014 elections.[2]

Jones ran for election to the 3rd Judicial District.
Primary: He was successful in the primary on November 4, 2014, receiving 39.6 percent of the vote. He competed against Tyler Storms and Tommy Rogers.
General: He was defeated in the general election on December 6, 2014, after receiving 48 percent of the vote. He competed against Tommy Rogers.

Education
Jones received his bachelor's degree in accounting from Louisiana Tech University in 1986, going on to earn his J.D. from Louisiana State University Law School in 1989.[5]
Career
Jones is an attorney, focusing on criminal and family law. He was previously a deputy marshal and dispatcher in Ruston, LA.[5]
