Arlan L. Harrell
Arlan L. Harrell is a judge of the California 5th District Court of Appeal. He assumed office on November 17, 2025. His current term ends on January 11, 2027.
Harrell won re-election for judge of the Superior Court of Fresno County in California outright in the primary on March 3, 2020, after the primary and general election were canceled.
Gavin Newsom (D) appointed Harrell to the California 5th District Court of Appeal on August 7, 2025, to replace Chuck Poochigian (Nonpartisan).[1]
