Michael J. Gilmore is a judge on the Tax Court in New Jersey.[1] Governor Chris Christie (R) nominated Gilmore in 2016. The New Jersey State Senate confirmed Gilmore December 19, 2016.[2] He was sworn in January 19, 2017.
Gilmore's reappointment date is January 19, 2024. If he is reappointed with tenure, he may continue to serve on the Tax Court until 2045, when he reaches New Jersey's mandatory retirement age of 70 years.[3]
