Valerie Means
Valerie Means was a member of the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission. She assumed office on April 22, 2019. She left office on January 6, 2025.

Biography
Prior to her appointment, Means was a mediator on the Minnesota Supreme Court’s Roster of Qualified Neutrals. Her professional experience includes serving as the assistant attorney general in the Office of the Minnesota Attorney General and working as an attorney and shareholder at Moss & Barnett, P.A.[1]
