County for about 45 years. In 2018 I retired as a distinguished police Captain with over 26 years of
combined law enforcement service. In addition, I have over 20 years of real estate experience and I'm a college graduate. I am the current Justice of the Peace and believe my experience & education make me the all-around best choice to continue serving as Justice of the Peace. Since being elected, our office has won 3 state awards and 2 national awards for programs we offer to the public.- I have a heart for our young people. My goal is to ensure a juvenile never goes to a higher court. I offer programs such as Teen Court, our mentor program,, What Every Teen Should Know About Texas Law and Catalyst.
- I'm passionate about mental health. We have seen such a need in this area. Our office has held two public Mental Health and Wellness Expos to provide a one stop shop for mental health resources & information.
- Customer service is huge for me. People are already not happy they have received a citation or are having to appear for court. They don't want to walk into another typical government office. We strive to go above and beyond with our service from the moment they walk in the door.
