Cynthia Starke-Jones graduated from Charles L. Harper High School. Starke-Jones earned a bachelor's degree from Georgia State University, a graduate degree from the University of Phoenix, and earned a degree from Piedmont University. Starke-Jones' career experience includes working as an educator.[1]
