The Kentucky Five Amendments Referendum was on the November 5, 1963 ballot in Kentucky as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have permitted the Kentucky General Assembly to submit five amendments to be voted on at one time. At this time, only two amendments could be voted upon at one time.[1]
