Charles Black was a Democratic candidate for District 32, West Virginia House of Delegates in the November 2, 2010 state legislative election.

Black was defeated in his bid for re-election to the West Virginia House of Delegates District 32. He was one of seven candidates running for the three District 32 Delegate positions on the ballot in the November 2, 2010 general election. His opponents in the general election were Republican incumbents Tim Armstead, Patrick Lane, Ronald Walters; Democrats Clint Casto, and Scott Lavigne; and Mountain Party Jesse Johnson. The top three vote-getters were elected.[1][2]
