North Carolina Highway Projects Bond Measure (1996)

The North Carolina Road Bonds Referendum, also known as Referendum 2, was on the ballot in North Carolina on November 5, 1996, as a legislatively referred bond question. It was approved. The measure issued $950 million in bonds for the construction of highways.[1][2]
