The Louisiana Education Quality Trust Fund Amendment, also known as Amendment 1, was on the ballot in Louisiana on November 3, 1992, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. It proposed that a portion of the money in the trust fund could be invested in the stock market.[1][2]
