Raleigh, North Carolina: The North Carolina Supreme Court has decided to ban former Judge William Belk from ever holding judicial office in the state. Judge Belk resigned a year ago and information about his misconduct as a judge was revealed. One of the main issues involved his continued participation on the board of a corporation after he became a judge.[1]
