Florida: Judge Ana Gardiner, a civil division judge of the Broward County Circuit Court has announced in a letter to Governor Charlie Crist on Wednesday, April 21, that she will be resigning on May 28 of this year. Her resignation comes in response to a misconduct complaint that alleged that she had a close relationship with the prosecutor in a murder case they participated in during 2007.[1]
