Arkansas governor appoints interim judge

Arkansas: On Friday, February 5, Arkansas Governor Mike Beebe appointed Ernest Sanders, Jr. as an interim judge for the Sixth District. Sanders will sit in for former judge Willard Proctor and will be there until his appointment term ends on December 31 of 2010.[1]
