Ernest Sanders, Jr.
Ernest Sanders, Jr. was the Division 5 judge of the Sixth Circuit of Arkansas. Sanders was appointed to the court by Governor Mike Beebe in February 2010 to replace Willard Proctor, who was removed from the bench. Sanders served from February until the end of 2010. He ran for election to Division 13, Subdistrict 6.2 of the Sixth Circuit on May 20, 2014 but lost to Mike Reif.[1][2][3][4][5]
