Kevin T. Busch is a judge of the Sixteenth Circuit Court in Illinois. He was elected to the court in 2010.[1] Busch was retained in the general election on November 8, 2016.
Education
Busch earned an undergraduate degree from Eastern Illinois University in 1981, going on to receive his J.D. from the John Marshall Law School in 1985.[2]

Judges of the Illinois Circuit Court stand for retention after their first full term. To be retained, a judge must receive at least 60 percent of the vote.[3][4] Kevin T. Busch was retained in the Illinois Sixteenth Circuit Court, Kevin Busch Retention Election with 77.87 percent of the vote.
