A Berlin-Milan School District Levy Addition measure was on the May 3, 2011 ballot in the Berlin-Milan school district area which is in Huron and Erie Counties.

This measure sought to add to the current levy by a rate of 4.9 mills for a further five years in order to further help pay for the emergency fund of the school district.[3]
