A Marana Town Wastewater Reclamation Facility Acquisition proposition was overwhelmingly approved on the March 12, 2013 election ballot in Pima County, which is in Arizona.
This measure authorized the Town of Marana to acquire the Marana Wastewater Reclamation Facility and other facilities and land associated with it.[1]

| “ | Notice is hereby given that the Town of Marana will hold an election on March 12, 2013.
The ballot question to be submitted to the voters is whether the Town of Marana shall be authorized to acquire the Marana Wastewater Reclamation Facility (located in the southeast quarter of Section 14, Township 11 South, Range 10 East, G&SRB&M) and the wastewater facilities, setback areas, access rights, and current and future service area connected to or associated with it.[1][2] |
