The New Mexico Judicial Standards Commission is a judicial disciplinary agency in New Mexico.[1]
Organization
The commission is made up of nine members: two justices or judges, one magistrate, two lawyers and six members of the public. The members of the public are appointed by the governor for five-year staggered terms as may be provided by law, while the rest are selected by law for four-year terms.[2]
