Article XXIII of the Colorado Constitution is entitled Publication of Legal Advertising. It has only one section.

Text of Section 1:

Publication of Proposed Constitutional Amendments and Initiated and Referred Bills.

Repealed with the approval of Colorado Referendum B (1994) on November 8,1994.[1]
