A. Andreas Matoesian

A. Andreas Matoesian was a resident judge of the Third Circuit of Illinois.[1] Matoesian retired on July 1, 2019.[2]
Education
Matoesian earned a B.A. at the University of Illinois, going on to receive a J.D. from Washington University. He was admitted to the bar in 1965.[3]

Judges of the Illinois Circuit Court stand for retention after their first full term. To be retained, a judge must receive at least 60 percent of the vote.[4][5] A.
