Colleen K. Killilea is a former district court judge for the 9th Judicial District in Virginia.[1] She was elected to the court by the Virginia General Assembly in February 2003.[2] She was re-elected in 2015.[3]

Killilea retired from the court in 2021.[4]

Education

Killilea received both an undergraduate degree and a J.D. from the College of William and Mary.[5]

Career

Before becoming a judge, Killilea practiced law with the firm of Jones, Blechman, Woltz & Kelly in Williamsburg, Virginia. Killilea has also previously served as the chief deputy commonwealth's attorney for the City of Hampton.[6]
