Biography
Luke Fontana was born in Slidell, Louisiana. He earned a bachelor's degree from Spring Hill College in 1962. He earned a J.D. from Tulane Law School in 1965. Fontana's career experience includes working as a civil rights attorney, as a small business owner, as a president with the nonprofit organization Save Our Wetlands, as an artist, photographer, and as a musician. He has been affiliated with the American Italian Cultural Center in New Orleans, Louisiana.[1]

My landmark Charles Cheetham case in the early 1970s broke the New Orleans Police blue line. Charles Cheetham was brutality murdered by the New Orleans Police. I won the first judgement against the NOPD for the murder of an African American. NOPD appealed the judgement and the amount of damages were increased by the Louisiana Supreme Court. I have been President of Save Our Wetlands since 1975. I have filed 13 lawsuits in my efforts to protect the ecosystem and prevent pipelines through Louisiana. I am accomplished Jazz Photographer, Author, Musician, and New Orleans Native. My heart and soul is revitalizing the economy of New Orleans."

The City of New Orleans will be open for business again. Tourists will be welcomed, street vendors and musicians will finally be able to earn a living again. I will abolish the COVID-19 passport and proof of vaccination requirements that Mayor Cantrell has mandated. I will tackle the youth crime issue in our City.

I worked at the courthouse in Covington, LA where Earl K long had his sanity hearing after being committed to Mandeville State Mental Hospital by his wife Blanche. He was really mad because Governor Long ran off with Blaze Bourbon Street stripper. I can still can see Gov Long, waving his $100 Stetson as crowd roared "YEA Uncle EARL", as Uncle Earl stepped into the courtroom. I was 19 years old at the time.
My very first job was working in my grandfather's grocery store age of 5 until I was 9yrs old. Then I managed and operated snowball stand on corner of grocery store. I then begin selling roasted peanuts at train station and around town on my bicycle. At the age 15 started selling watermelons off of a pickup truck until age 17, where I became a sport fishing guide in Lake Pontchartrain Rigolets area after that rest is history.

I will announce New Orleans is open for business no more closures mask mandates vaccine passports. I will follow Robert Kennedy Jr's Children's Health defense documentation exposing CDC_WHO as a corrupt criminal pharmaceutical industrial complex, controlled by Bill Gates, suing Covid Creator Fauci for $133 billion dollars in punative damages. I believe its the Mayor's responsibility to bring tax money back into the City and appoint Robert Kennedy Jr's Children Health legal defense team as a special task force in the City Attorney's office, lifting New Orleans from one of most poverty criminal violent unhealthy cities to prosperity, health and peace. I will announce legalization to marijuana, consult with experts from Colorado on how they have used this money to better their cities and state.
I will announce to planet Earth that New Orleans is open for business and will not only expose the World Health Organization and Center for Disease Control as a corrupt criminal empire, but will sue the criminals for $133 billion dollars in actual damages plus punitive damages they have vomited upon the City of New Orleans. There will be no closures, no vaccine passports, and no mask mandates.
There will be a Mardi Gras, St Patrick's Day St Joseph Day Parades, Mardi Gras Indian Super Sunday, French Quarter festivals, Jazz festivals, Butterfly festivals, Danny Barker festivals Louis Armstrong festivals, Sugar Bowl, and New Year's Day celebrations without the polluting fireworks.
First, I need to educate City Council members about World Economic Forum's GREAT RESET whom's purpose is destroy America's democracy, bankrupt America's economy, and bankrupt the City of New Orleans. That's why appointing Robert Kennedy Jr's CHD as a special task force within the City attorney's Office.
All the festivals that Latoya the DESTROYA closed down.
