Kramer’s campaign website stated the following:

“	Term Limits "Term limits are essential to ending the corruption that currently plagues our political system. I support a constitutional amendment that limits House members to 4 terms (8 years) and Senate members to two terms (12 years). I pledge to a self-imposed limit of 4 terms when elected. " Government Spending "Politicians on both sides of the aisle have been spending our taxpayer dollars frivolously without any serious plan to reduce the deficit. Every year they put us further into debt, crippling our nation's future. Our national debt currently stands at over $32 trillion and is projected to reach $50 trillion by 2033. The interest on the national debt is projected to reach $1.4 trillion in 2033, surpassing defense spending and Medicare spending. This reckless spending by our corrupt politicians is unsustainable. I support a balanced budget and no more deficit spending." Taxes "As a nation, hard-working men and women are being taxed ridiculous amounts without getting anything in return. Our overcomplicated tax system needs to be reformed and overhauled. I support a reduction in federal income taxes for working-class families and support a federal income tax holiday on "overtime" wages." Jobs "All jobs are not created equal. Our current administration touts of all the jobs that are being created leaving out what types of jobs are being created. Our nation needs good-paying, life-sustaining jobs. We can achieve the creation of good, life-sustaining jobs by cutting over-regulation on businesses and protecting our jobs from outsourcing. We need to create incentives for companies that keep jobs in the United States and by adding penalties for companies that move our jobs overseas. We must allow the American Dream to prosper again and the creation of good-paying jobs is the first step in bringing the American Dream back." Social Security & Medicare "My goal is to preserve and protect what was promised by strengthening our Social Security and Medicare programs. Current projections predict that by 2033, without any government reforms to strengthen Social Security, the program will pay less than 80% of scheduled benefits. Current projections predict by 2031, Medicare will run out of money and won't be able to pay full benefits. It is our elected officials that should be held accountable to being sure that there are the promised funds and benefits being paid out to Americans." Welfare Reform "I support welfare reform to give a hand up, not a handout. Current rules and regulations of our existing welfare programs are keeping individuals in poverty. We need a progressive welfare system, not the all-or-nothing system we currently have. A progressive welfare system would allow time for individuals to gain the necessary skills and job training to get off the welfare system. I believe in the quote, "Give a man a fish, you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime". I believe in helping Americans get back to work and our current system has missed that mark." Defense and National Security "A strong military is essential for our national security and defense. I will support legislation that keeps our military funded to ensure our military remains the strongest in the world. I will not support any increase in funding beyond current levels until the Department of Defense passes it's audit. Currently, the DOD cannot account for 61% of it's $3.5 trillion in assets after its 5th straight failed audit. This is the clear lack of responsibility of our current politicians that allow for rampant fraud, abuse and waste of taxpayer money." Ukraine War "I do not support any more funding for Ukraine as this is turning into another endless war with no clear path to victory. All money that is being sent over to Ukraine is borrowed. We can no longer fund these endless wars and protect other nations borders, while leaving our borders unprotected and unsecure. The U.S. should be pushing for a peace deal between these two warring nations." Second Amendment "The Second Amendment shall not be infringed. The right to bear arms will be protected at all costs."	”
