Steven Payne Sr. (Democratic Party) was an at-large member of the U.S. Virgin Islands Senate. He assumed office on January 14, 2019. He left office on July 21, 2022.

Payne (Democratic Party) ran for re-election for an at-large seat of the U.S. Virgin Islands Senate. He lost in the Democratic primary on August 6, 2022.

On July 21, 2022, the Legislature of the Virgin Islands voted to expel Payne for violating legislature rules related to allegations of sexual misconduct.[1][2]
