James Arnold (Texas)
James Arnold was a member of the Lubbock school board in Texas representing District 4. He ran unopposed for re-election on May 10, 2014. On January 19, 2018, Arnold announced that he would not seek election to a fourth full term in 2018.[1]
Biography
Arnold is the executive vice president of Lubbock National Bank. He has his bachelor's degree from Texas Tech University.[2]
