Jason Flanary was a 2011 Republican candidate for District 37 of the Virginia State Senate. He has served as Vice President of Government Relations for the Fairfax Chamber of Commerce as well. He formerly served as legislative assistant to Delegate Tim Hugo, Congressman J. Randy Forbes, and Congressman Bud Shuster.

Flanary earned his B.A. in Government and International Politics from George Mason University.
