Biography
Uecker earned an A.A. from University of Cincinnati and a B.A. of Public Administration from Northern Kentucky University. He is a retired administrator for the Clermont County Engineer's Office. Uecker also worked as a certified public manager, computer systems salesman and police officer. He was a trustee for Miami Township from 1990 to 2004.

Uecker won election in the 2012 election for Ohio Senate District 14. Uecker defeated Toni Atkins, Paul Hall, and Steve Purtell in the March 6 Republican primary and was unopposed in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[1][2]
