Andrea McNeill was a 2012 candidate for the First Circuit Court, resident Williamson County judgeship, in Illinois.[1]
2012 election
McNeill was defeated by incumbent Judge Carolyn B. Smoot on November 6, 2012, receiving 46.0 percent of the vote. McNeill won the Democratic primary on March 20, 2012, receiving 56.55 percent of the vote.[2][3][1][4]
