Primary: He was defeated in the primary on August 26, 2014, receiving 16.4 percent of the vote. He competed against Mary P. Hatcher, Sandy K. Kautz and Denise A. Dymond Lyn. [1][2]

Education

Samargya earned his B.A. from the University of Central Florida in 1991 and his J.D. from the Oklahoma City University School of Law.[3]

Career

Samargya's experience includes being a managing partner for two law firms, state prosecutor, assistant public defender and Florida certified circuit civil mediator.[4]
