Denise A. Dymond Lyn ran for election to the Fifth Circuit Court of Florida in 2014.[1] She was a judicial candidate for the Florida 5th Circuit Court in 2010 but was defeated in the primary election.[2]

Primary: She was successful in the primary on August 26, 2014, receiving 21.3 percent of the vote. She competed against Mary P. Hatcher, Sandy K. Kautz and Bo Samargya.
General: She was defeated in the general election on November 4, 2014, after receiving 40.9 percent of the vote. She competed against Mary P. Hatcher. [1][3]

Lyn ran for the Florida 5th Circuit Court, Seat 1, and was defeated by Robert W. Hodges in the primary election.[2]
