Mary P. Hatcher is a judge for the Fifth Circuit Court in Florida.[1] She was elected to the court on November 4, 2014, for a six-year term commencing on January 6, 2015, and expiring on January 4, 2021.

Primary: She was successful in the primary on August 26, 2014, receiving 46.5 percent of the vote. She competed against Denise A. Dymond Lyn, Sandy K. Kautz and Bo Samargya.
General: She defeated Denise A. Dymond Lyn in the general election on November 4, 2014, receiving 59.1 percent of the vote. [1][2]

Hatcher received her undergraduate degree from the University of Tampa and her J.D. degree from Stetson University.[4]

Career
