|- I fully support vocational training and school choice. I support entrepreneurship and economic growth in the community by re-engaging US manufacturing and energy production.
- I fully support oversight and auditing of federal resources directed into communities.
- I support Immigration Reform, which includes first securing the border, then streamlining the immigration process.
2. In order to effectively engage in immigration reform, we must first secure the border. I would support streamlining the process, allowing the best and the brightest, blocking criminals from entering and exploiting resources that should be directed to Americans first.
Mark Rosenthal, a social worker who enabled a scared little boy to exploit his mechanical aptitude by enrolling him in BOCES, a vocational school.
1. Reversing this trend of dependency back to productivity, which has both cultural and political implications.
2. Restoring the moral fabric of this country, protecting our traditional values and customs.
2. Transportation and Infrastructure

Restarting The Economic Engine of the 13th District with Vocational Education The Metro Atlanta economy is growing but there is not enough local skilled labor. Currently, only 2.8% of the workforce in the 13th District is skilled. I support legislation that focuses on STEM subjects, establishing vocational and marketable skills in school curriculums and with after-school programs for displaced workers and adults re-entering the workforce. This translates to higher wages, financial independence, and a better quality of life for residents in the 13th District. Building Real Solutions: Vocational Education Increasing Skilled Labor The 13th District has seen a decline in its infrastructure and public education, and an increase in crime in the past 19 years the incumbent has been in office. In your opinion, has the 13th District improved or declined in the past 10 years? Don't believe it? Check out the clip above from the Breakfast Club, where the results of the decline of access to skilled labor in the community is examined. Atlanta and its metro area attracts thousands of new residents each year because of its economic success. With companies like Microsoft, Amazon, and Rivian moving their facilities into the city, skilled workers are able to work in the cities in which they live. However, the 13th District is recorded as having only 2.8% of its labor force classified as skilled, and when companies assess moving their facilities to our community, they strongly consider hiring from Newnan, Dekalb County, and Roswell. The 13th District loses thousands of job opportunities each year because we don't facilitate the men and women in our community to engage in a trade or profession. Project Airport City is coming into the 13th District, however, businesses will fill their high-wage positions with personnel outside of the 13th. With a lack of available training, residents in the 13th miss opportunities to increase their wages and quality of life, hence the drop in median incomes. Professions and trades are integral to the development of the community and give the constituents an opportunity to improve their quality of life. In Clayton County specifically, the only county in Georgia where Black citizens make up the highest percentage of the population, providing opportunities for Black men and women of all ages will reinvigorate the economy and empower families in the area. Let's break it down: With vocational training producing a higher percentage of skilled workers, there will be an increase in wages and small businesses within the district. Economically, residents in the district will be paying the same percentage of taxes on a higher income, creating more tax revenue in the 13th. With the proper allocation of federal resources, improvements in the district's infrastructure, access to public transportation, and schools will begin to improve, increasing property values for current and future homeowners in the district. This is the foundation for stronger families and wealthier neighborhoods, interrupting the "school to prison pipeline." Caesar Gonzales is a living example of what access to skills can do for a young man in unfavorable conditions. With a lack of guidance in the neighborhood, Caesar could become a drug dealer, which was common in Metro NYC in 1980, or he could go to B.O.C.E.S. (Boards of Cooperative Educational Services) a vocational school teaching and certifying individuals in hands-on subjects such as cosmetology, welding, masonry and bricklaying, commercial foods, and more. Through B.O.C.E.S, many became RNs or, like Caesar, became a motorcycle mechanic. B.O.C.E.S. provided a child care program for their students, allowing single mothers and fathers to take the path to attend classes. Caesar's ability to fix a motorcycle here and there led to the founding of his motorcycle shop. Caesar also became a professional motorcycle racer and continued his adult education, obtaining an engineering degree which led to positions with companies such as Space X and Blue Origin. Caesar is the poster boy for what happens when you give young adults job skills training outside of prison, the military, and minimum wage jobs.
Federal resources directed into the community must reach their intended target. I passionately support oversight, auditing, and accountability of federal resources coming into the 13th District. The "reallocation" of federal resources to the incumbent's own interests, otherwise referred to as "Atlanta Politics", will be checked, and politicians profiting on the suffrage of the people will be held to account. The incumbent brags about bringing $15B into the 13th, which could have given every resident in the 13th District a check for over $21,000. Instead, we see no improvement for anyone, anywhere in the district. Where did the resources go? Building Real Solutions: School Choice Creating Better, Brighter Futures Many parents in the 13th district are not familiar with the benefits of school choice; it creates healthy competition with local public schools, it ensures parents have parental rights and a voice, and it is included in the taxes citizens already pay. I support parents' right to school choice with vouchers, working to create smart children that will grow into role models, business owners, and a future generation of presidents, congressmen, and congresswomen. "School vouchers give parents the freedom to choose a private school for their children, using all or part of the public funding set aside for their children’s education. Under such a program, funds typically spent by a school district would be allocated to a participating family in the form of a voucher to pay partial or full tuition for their child’s private school, including both religious and non-religious options." - EdChoice. If we want to see any improvement in the conditions of the 13th District, we must ensure that our children are not starting behind. As your congressman in the 13th District, I'll fight to ensure that our district's failing public schools and their school boards improve their failing institutions by allowing school choice with vouchers. This will encourage competition, motivating public schools to better structure their curriculums and budgets. Let's break it down: Children today are learning more about social issues and identity politics than they are about being productive, financially stable, and honorable human beings. Regardless of political affiliation, gender, sex, or nationality, all sensible parents agree children should be learning how to solve problems using their heads. This starts with subjects like Science, Math, English, and History. We can no longer afford to send our children to these failing institutions to learn identity politics. I stand for the parents in the 13th District, and will support school choice with vouchers. I am a living example of what education can do for a young man in unfavorable conditions. With a lack of guidance in my neighborhood, I was lucky to receive my post-secondary education at B.O.C.E.S (Boards of Cooperative Educational Services), an adult vocational school teaching and certifying citizens in cosmetology, welding, brick masonry, and more. Through B.O.C.E.S. many became certified as an RN or like me, became a mechanic. B.O.C.E.S. provided child care programs for their students, allowing single mothers and fathers to take the path to higher wage jobs as well. I am an example of how investing in people changes communities for the better.
I support parent's right to school choice and vouchers. Children in the 13th District will be better educated in relevant subject matter instead of indoctrinated into abstract progressive ideologies. School choice will also encourage competition, motivating public schools to better structure their curriculums and budgets. It's time to present a viable alternative to the "school to prison pipeline." Oversight & Accountability of Your Tax Dollars in the 13th Federal funding is issued by the House committee once each fiscal year to congressional districts. Federal funds are dispersed by the congressman representing the district into city programs, services, community projects, and more. The 13th District, one of the largest districts in Georgia, has seen no improvement in the conditions of the community despite being geographically close to a bustling major city. Crime has risen, median incomes have fallen, and the schools continue to decline in quality. Under my representation, the "reallocation" of federal resources to the incumbent's own interests, otherwise referred to as "Atlanta Politics", will be checked, and politicians profiting on the suffrage of the communities in the 13th District will be held to account. The incumbent brags about bringing $15.5B into the 13th Congressional District, which would have given every resident in the 13th District a check for over $20,000. Where did the resources go, considering there are government projects that have been sitting unfinished for years? I believe federal resources being directed into the community must reach their intended target. As your congressman, I will passionately support oversight, auditing, and accountability of federal resources coming into the 13th District.
An incumbent who is feeble and unable to make the regular trips between Washington, DC and our community is in no position to effectively represent the 13th District. We need a long-serving community leader, not a career politician! Let's retire him and put a vibrant candidate with the energy and stamina to address the needs and concerns of the constituents. Vote for Caesar! Representing GA-13 in Washington D.C. The criminal element has hijacked the cultural identity of our inner-city communities. The rise in crime directly relates to the decline in the moral standards and loss of opportunities in our communities. We need to change the culture by directing our youth away from violence, giving them a direction and a sense of self-worth. The 13th District is full of economic potential, being located at the intersection of three interstates, and encompassing the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Airport. As your congressman, I will work to empower the citizens in the district to obtain the jobs Fortune 500 companies bring to Atlanta. I will support school choice for our children, which will incentivize our public schools and school boards to improve their practices as well. I support honest and fair elections, and I am a candidate that is engaged with my community, as I can be seen frequently in the community asking them to support my vision for the 13th District. Vote for me, Caesar Gonzales, on November 8th, 2022. The district deserves more than waning communities and absent representation.[3] |

|Technician, machinist, welder, and fabricator. Moved to Georgia and became a Pro motorcycle racer and business owner, serving communities here in Georgia's 13th District. Obtained GED and went to college, earning a degree in Mechanical Engineering and working in aerospace.
- Building bridges between communities. Using identity politics, selective outrage, and class warfare for political advantage only destroys societal bonds.
- Encourage a focus on STEM subjects and establishing marketable skills in school curriculums and after school programs.
- No multi-tiered justice system. . Justice should not be based on how much money a person has and/or who they know.
District 13 is part of an engineering hub, with aerospace and high-tech manufacturing facilities. I would encourage a focus on STEM subjects and establishing marketable skills in school curriculums and after school programs. Incentivize corporations, movie studios, and businesses to participate in the training process, as it is a win-win. This will go a long way towards breaking the chains of poverty and dependency using realistic solutions, as well as prepare our children for the challenges they will face in the new technology-driven world. These measures will also be influential in breaking the cycle of youth crime and single parent households, which are largely synonymous.
