Candidates line up for Tulsa County judgeships

Oklahoma: Candidates have filed for various judicial positions in Oklahoma's 14th Court District, which covers Tulsa and Pawnee Counties.
- Eleven incumbent judges automatically won new four-year terms when no opponents filed against them: William C. Kellough, Jesse S. Harris, Daman H. Cantrell, Jefferson D. Sellers, Carlos Chappelle, Tom C. Gillert, P. Thomas Thornbrugh, Mary Fitzgerald, Rebecca B. Nightingale and Doris L. Fransein. Also, associate judge Dana Kuehn was unchallenged and will gain a four-year term.
- Five candidates are seeking to replace Judge Deborah C. Shallcross when she retires at the end of her current term. They include Tulsa County special judges Carl Funderburk, Bill Musseman and Theresa Dreiling and attorneys Caroline Wall and C.W. Daimon Jacobs.
- Attorneys Mark Zannotti and James Caputo are challenging incumbent Judge Clancy C. Smith.
- Tulsa city councilor John Eagleton is challenging incumbent Judge Linda G. Morrissey.
- Attorney Jon Patton is challenging incumbent Judge Kurt Glassco.[1]
