Charles N. Dorsey is a circuit court judge for the 23rd Judicial Circuit in Roanoke, Virginia.[1] He has served as a judge on the court since 2002 and was re-elected by the Virginia General Assembly for another eight-year term in 2010 and again in 2018.[2] His current term expires in 2026.
Education
Dorsey received his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia in 1976 and his J.D. from the Washington and Lee University School of Law in 1979.[3][4]
