Charlotte J. Orcutt

Orcutt received a bachelor's degree from California State University, San Diego and a J.D. from the University of California, San Diego.[1]
Career
Prior to becoming a judge for the Superior Court of San Joaquin County, Orcutt was a San Joaquin County court commissioner for two years. She presided over small-claims court, traffic court and arraignments. Previously, Orcutt worked as a prosecutor for the San Joaquin County District Attorney's Office specializing in child abuse, sexual assault and career-criminal cases.[1]
