Charlotte J. Orcutt is a judge of the Superior Court of San Joaquin County in California. She assumed office in 2005. Her current term ends on January 4, 2027.

Orcutt won re-election for judge of the Superior Court of San Joaquin County in California outright in the primary on March 3, 2020, after the primary and general election were canceled.

Education

Orcutt received a bachelor's degree from California State University, San Diego and a J.D. from the University of California, San Diego.[1]

Career

Prior to becoming a judge for the Superior Court of San Joaquin County, Orcutt was a San Joaquin County court commissioner for two years. She presided over small-claims court, traffic court and arraignments. Previously, Orcutt worked as a prosecutor for the San Joaquin County District Attorney's Office specializing in child abuse, sexual assault and career-criminal cases.[1]
