|Professionally, I’ve built a career in Retail Banking Management, developing leadership and organizational skills. In the past, I’ve owned a photography business for 11 years. More recently I’ve freelanced in marketing and design. These experiences have sharpened my creativity, adaptability, and strategic thinking—skills I use as a trustee.
My journey began as a PTA mom, where I gained insight into school operations and identified areas for meaningful change. Serving on the Council of PTAs committee deepened my understanding of the district’s needs and inspired me to advocate for consistent programs across the ISD. This commitment to quality education fueled my interest in the school board’s actions.
In the summer of 2024, I applied for a vacant board position, eager to amplify my advocacy efforts. I was honored to be appointed in August 2024. Today, I remain devoted to fostering a stronger, more consistent educational experience for ALL students in Keller ISD.- I am committed to ensuring every dollar spent in our district directly benefits our students and teachers. By prioritizing financial transparency and fostering community collaboration, I will work to identify creative solutions that maximize resources without compromising the quality of education. Together, we can build a sustainable future for our schools, ensuring every student has the tools they need to succeed.
- I am dedicated to supporting our teachers, who are the backbone of our schools. I will work tirelessly to secure funding for well-deserved raises and ensure our educators feel valued and appreciated. By investing in our teachers, we invest in the future of our students and our community.
- I am passionate about ensuring consistency in programs across all feeder patterns so that every student, no matter which school they attend, has equal access to high-quality resources and opportunities. By creating a cohesive experience, we can set all our students up for success, from elementary to high school and beyond.
