Christopher Carter was a judge of the Marion County District Court (defunct) in Arkansas. Carter assumed office on November 1, 2021. Carter left office on December 31, 2022.

Carter was appointed to the court on October 25, 2021, by Gov. Asa Hutchinson (R) to replace Jason Duffy.[1]

Carter obtained a bachelor's degree in history from St. Mary's College of Maryland and a J.D. from the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville.[1]

Career

Carter served as a deputy prosecutor for Arkansas' 14th Judicial Circuit from 2003 until assuming his role on the court.[1]
